FACING FUTURES
Published by The Urban Core on Wednesday, March 01, 2006 at 12:36 PM.
I got this message from Karen at DVI:
I wanted to invite you, your friends, and co-workers to an 80's Party at the Pearl on Friday.
As you may know, a friend of mine is traveling to Vietnam at his own cost to help perform cost free cosmetic surgery on low (read “no”) income children with severe facial disfiguration. This event is helping to raise funds to cover his costs. I will definitely be there at some point in the evening.
I have attached a flyer to post in your offices or distribute as appropriate.
Hope all is well!
Best,
Karen
