The Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers of Jacksonville Beach are calling for proposals for a mural on one wall of their patio at 1018-2 North 3rd Street.

Artist Bio
A description of proposed idea
Rendering of proposed art in jpg form, high resolution
Samples of other work/projects
Projected costs of materials
Artist fee
Fine print:
All proposals must be submitted via email to theurbancore(at)gmail.com by midnight March 15, 2011. The mural is approximately 10 foot tall and 26 feet wide. There are edges and lips to be considered if it makes a difference to your proposal, come take a look. Mellow Mushroom may use anything submitted in marketing the project and/or choosing the artist. Notification of winning submission will be announced no later than March 29, 2011. An artist agreement will be drawn up and once executed material costs and half of the artist fee will be granted. The balance of the artist fee will be paid at completion of the project.Mellow Mushroom reserves the right to discontinue project at any time for any reason.
